Investment by foreign entities can be a boon to contractors, but the federal government may worry about the influence and control that entity may expert—particularly when the work entails sensitive information. The government rightly worries that some may use investment to get access to such information. Contractors therefore have to install some guardrails when they have foreign investors. We’ll talk about what those guardrails are.
